InProve Mystery Shopping

The Challenge

In 2013 Sixt- Car Rental was looking for an Mystery Shopping provider that could help them to measure the performance of their franchise partners in the areas of

  • Condition of inventory and equipment
  • Efficiency of service processes
  • Cleanliness and hygiene
  • Friendliness and customer communication
  • Sales and service behavior of employees

The Solution

During several workshops the InProve team created a survey form together with the client that incorporated all of Sixt’s brand standards. The shoppers were thoroughly trained on the brand standards to start a worldwide Mystery Shopping Program in 2014. The Mystery Shopping program developed for Sixt-car Rental conducted over 300 Mystery visits over car rental stations all over the world.

The Results

With the help of InProve Mystery visits SIXT was able to ensure a constant quality and customer experience throughout their worldwide car rental stations.
