Customer Experience (development) is not a secret for you. You are able to translate the needs of strong global (and high demanding) brands into a solution that helps bridge the gap between what they promise and deliver, focusing on the behavioral and leadership change needed.

Knowledge, experience and behaviour

  • You have at minimum a Masters Degree
  • You have at least 3 years experience in Sales or Business Development
  • You have experience in a similar position.
  • You have experience in working in an international environment
  • You love to work with and in different project teams
  • You can express yourself well, both in writing and verbally
  • You are a team player, who is result driven, connecting and goes for the extra mile
  • You are fluent in English


In the role of Business Development Consultant, you are focused on consulting our clients and prospects to create the optimal solution for their challenges. Putting it in reverse terms… you are not selling a solution but creating one from a consulting point of view. Our main solutions are designed to guide organizations in times of transformation/change, related to turning their customers into Raving Fans.

  • You proactively identify, solicit and motivate targeted prospects using a variety of methods such as cold-calling, lead qualifying; presenting proposals and sales funnel management.
  • In order to create the best solution, you will work in different teams, to create the best matching proposal. You will work in end-to-end teams with your colleagues at the Global Support Office in Amsterdam.
  • Your main focus is to realize the revenue growth and healthy commercial results for the Middle East market.
  • Within the company, you will play a significant role in the whole business development process in our agile way of working.
  • You will be reporting to the Teamcoach Business Development.
