ABOUT THE JOB

In the role of a consultant within PS you are in the lead to the (co-) develop and execute customer experience- and leadership programs. You will work in an international team with different specialists, from both the client’s side as well as the PS-team. In an agile international (none corporate) working environment. You love a fast way of working and have the talent to make a complex (transformation) project simple. You know how to set-up and execute a solid project plan. You recognize yourself in an EPIC leadership style (Empowering, Purpose-driven, Inspiring and Coaching).

Our programs are designed based on a good analysis of the desired change and executed with a close eye on the client’s challenges, desired brand experience, and added value to their customers. One the one hand you are the strategic consultant able to advise on and oversee the necessary approach and keep track. On the other hand, you help to execute the designed learning solutions as a consultant or facilitator, often through a Train-the-Trainer approach.
