If you would like to work on developing your clients and yourself, an internship at Performance Solutions is perfect for you! As Account Support Intern you are – along with other team members – responsible for the complete preparation, planning and follow-up of all the (training) programs of Performance Solutions in the Netherlands and Europe. We do a lot of (international) change programs around customer experience within the field of Hospitality.

Knowledge, experience and behaviour
- HBO working and thinking level
- Experience as hostess/host is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- You are representative and welcoming

- You have a hands-on mentality
- You work efficiently and effectively
- You work independently but also are a team player
- You work accurately and like order and cleanliness
- It is desirable that you are in possession of a drivers license
Start and duration of the internship
The internship is available per September 1st, 2018 with a minimum duration of 5 months, preferably longer.
As an Account Support Intern you are key in the Performance Solutions team and you can completely identify with our desired experience: Free to have Fun, Energized to Engage, Encouraged to Empower and Dedicated to make a Difference (FEED).
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a smart and engaged Account Support Intern to inspire and join our team. In this role you will work closely with our trainers/facilitators, project managers and Account Support teams in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp) and Germany (Frankfurt). You will support the trainers/facilitators and project managers, but also our mystery shoppers around the globe. You will be working on the entire logistical process of the programs and are involved in e.g. making planning’s, booking flights and hotels, arranging training materials for the trainers/facilitators.
Together with the teams you will support the development and implementation of a strategic plan to enhance the quality of the support offered to the trainers – all to create the ultimate customer/client experience in alignment with our mission: Spreading Delight and building a network of Raving Fans. Furthermore, you will get the chance to develop yourself as an all-round customer experience professional, with the focus on Account Support.
