Our words might sound colorful, but our body reveals way more information. Facial expressions, gestures and posture can either emphasize our words or can stand in conflict with each other. Latter might appear unreliable or suspicious to our opposite. With the right body language it is possible to present ourselves even more successful and appropriate during direct contact to our customers.
