The program is designed to help employees understand their own conflict behaviour, why conflicts arise, how to recognize conflicts and what kind of feelings an individual may be experiencing. The participants will get to know different conflict strategies and differentiate their situational application. Participants will be able to recognize stages of the conflict escalation and know how to solve the conflict using the appropriate strategy. Moreover, participants will learn about their own communication based on their personality and past experiences. Participants will reflect their previous behaviour in conflict situations, deal with border violation and learn to achieve “win-win” results knowing more about their “blind spot”.
