This program will cover authentic customer service. The participants will learn how to truly connect with customers and what it means to be authentic and genuine. Participants will understand and be inspired to provide authentic customer service while addressing why customer service is important in any organization, both internally and externally. Participants will be able to explain how to connect and engage with customers on an authentic level. The program will introduce the concept of the Pyramid of Experience and how it relates to the creation of loyal customers.
