Why these 11 tips? You can choose one by yourself and then use it. There are 354 more of them, one for every day of the year!

Start turning your training into impactful learning now. Here we go!

Every employee in your company gets 20% free time to come up with ideas (like at Google).

Have an appointment every week with for example an artist, a designer, an architect, a hacker, a bestseller author, a street artist, a company critic, a dancer, a singer, an actor…

You have to be fully capable of turning every negative behavior you encounter into something positive.

If an employee comes to you for advice, write them a recipe for an awesome life.

Emulate your hero, in everything he or she does.

Embrace feedback from people who want to lead an awesome life like you do.

Your words shape your reality and those of others. Be sure to choose them wisely. Positive words create a positive context.

Never ever start a change project. Instead, make sure that you reinvent yourself and your organization all the time.

Put the right people in the right place in the right teams to do the right job better than ever. It’s about what they can do best, what they love doing and what causes the best results.

Leave your ego in some unidentified space. Replace your ego by being humble.

Look upon your life as a continuous learning experience. Life is about self improving. Don’t reshape the world to the pattern of your own mind. Reshape yourself.

There are a few things you know that you know. There are a few things from which you know that you don’t know them. And there are a lot of things that you don’t know that you don’t know.

Don’t ever wait for inspiration to arrive. Create it.
